We’ve covered the basics here, but email or call us for more details. We’ll make sure you’re in the know and comfortable with sending your kid(s) to learn, train, play, and hang with the NASC team.
YOUR FAMILY IS OUR FAMILY!
At NASC, we believe that developing well-rounded athletes means balancing focused race training with diverse, confidence-building experiences. That’s why we proudly incorporate a range of afternoon adventure activities that combine skill development, cross-training, and plenty of fun not typically found at ski camps.
Campers choose from three different afternoon activities each day, with additional core off-day activities offered each session. Options may include: Mountain biking, climbing, paddle boarding, swimming, tennis, hiking, rollerblading, volleyball, soccer, slack line, and dryland training.
This diversity allows athletes to customize their camp adventure based on their interests and motivations. In every activity, safety is our top priority — because when campers are safe and having fun, they’re able to learn and grow at their best.
General Recommendation
Ski Bag/Tube (2 pairs or larger): Pack skis plus any additional gear you can fit (ski clothes, skates, etc.).
Boot Bag: Use for boots, helmets, goggles, gloves, and other ski essentials. Also ideal for travel to and from the mountain.
Duffel Bag: Use for general clothing and any gear you can’t fit in ski or boot bags. Bring a luggage lock for basic security of valuables.
Backpack/Daypack: Use for daily activities and as a carry-on if flying.
Multi-Session Campers Only: Consider bringing a trunk to use as a dresser and for lockable storage if attending multiple sessions.
You may ship gear or any items to/from camp at your expense. Please see shipping details below.

Yeah, the skiing’s epic — but the off-slope time is pretty awesome too. After training, you can hit the health club to swim, work out, or play Wallyball with your friends. We’ll mix in some dryland training to keep the energy up… and of course, plenty of time in the hot tub.

We recommend that campers travel with all their gear—coaches will be at the airport to assist with luggage and ski bags. If you wish to ship gear to Big Sky Resort, you may do so; however, please note that shipping to and from Big Sky is limited to FedEx and UPS, and you should allow 2–3 extra days for delivery (for example, a 2-day shipment may arrive in 4–5 days). Once delivered, packages are first received by the resort Mail Room—not NASC staff. We can help coordinate with the resort, but delivery timing cannot be guaranteed.
